We encourage the kids to be as active as possible and teach them that great athletes don't happen by accident but they work hard. Over the last few months all the kids have been having great fun honing their gymnastics skills; forward flips, back flips, bridges, walk overs; you name it they are trying it. Some days it feels like they spend more time upside down than right side up. To help them out I made them some paralellettes. Check it out!
